Taking over the HUMP DAY MIX series this week is Australian producer John Course who has delivered a solid hour’s worth of tunes that are going to get your body moving.
“I’m loving the amount of Aussie stuff that is smashing it at the moment and opened the mix with Kaz James’ new tune “Stronger”… The UK’s John Summit delivered a killer mix of this and his own “Deep End” (one of my fave’s of this year) is also included. I’ve added Melbourne young gun Jesse Bligh and his new cut “Single Ladies”, my own single “Just a Little” and my remix of Niko The Kid. Other Aussie stuff includes Husky and Sion P’s awesome “People Get Ready” and Friendless with his latest single featuring Jade Alice “Intoxicating”.
The Blessed Madonna’s outstanding remix of UK Soul diva Celeste is one of the best remixes of the year and hot UK producer Paul Woolford also finds a spot with both an original (“Looking For Me” which he produced with Diplo) and his great remix of MK’s “2AM”. Other artists include Mark Knight, Lee Foss, Martin Ikin, Offaiah, The Martinez Brothers, Mike Dunn, Chris Lake and the one and only Louie Vega!
