This week’s HUMP DAY MIX comes from Newcastle artist Sam Litchfield who you may already know from his work as Litche, but over the last few months Sam has found he’s been creating some music that warrants fresh beginnings, and as such he’s just launched a whole new project under the alias Tim Sun.

Along with that also comes his newest single ‘Passerby’ (which you can find below), and today’s mix is made up of songs that have inspired this new creative journey.

“In this mix you’ll hear some tracks from artists that I have drawn a lot of inspiration from over the last year. Mostly music that I run with my dog too. It features a lot of 90’s electronic nostalgia blended with some recent IDM and brain dance tracks. As a drummer I find it hard not to be drawn to break samples and the texture and energy they bring to electronic music.” ~ Tim Sun
