Zeds Dead & MKLA - 'In My Head'

Following on from a string of impressive singles being released this year, Canadian duo Zeds Dead continue to go from strength to strength with another collaboration alongside MKLA for the driving single ‘In My Head’ which utilises a darkened electronic influence with plenty of fast-paced energy held in the core of the track.

It doesn’t take long for things to get going within ‘In My Head’, with that swift groove in the percussion hitting us almost immediately in the introductory period alongside MKLA‘s soothing melodies that meld into the murky soundscape with ease. With a thickened synth bass injecting a darkened colour in the backdrop, Zeds Dead find a way to maintain a minimalistic approach in their composition all while soaking up the space in the mix with a reverb-soaked vocal styling that adds further suspense and intensity to an already driving release.
