Brooklyn-based producer BAILE evokes a widened soundscape filled with cosmic bliss and luscious textures in his brand new single ‘After All This Time’ which enlists the graceful vocals of Felicia Douglass for what will be the title track of his first full-length album due this year.

‘After All This Time’ opens up in an alluring manner with scattered synths buoyantly moving across the soundscape that showcases the openness that the mix is built upon, all whilst Douglass’ mesmerising vocals enchant us as the instrumentation subtly makes its presence known. With soaring synths and an industrialised approach to the percussion, a thickened sound palate is created whilst maintaining the off-kilter nature to the composition that ensures a considerable amount of groove is still on offer.

“After All This Time, the title track from my upcoming album, was the last track I wrote for the album. It was fully written around Felicia Douglass’s vocals. She had originally recorded the vocals for a different song, Dent, but the vocals felt like they needed a more minimal canvas so I pulled them into a new session and wrote an instrumental around them.” – BAILE
