Daju - Kodak Moment (feat. Ro & Koins)

Daju is a relatively new artist who has been building a solid reputation for producing some pretty great unofficial remixes for the likes of Ariana Grande, Dua Lipa & Jorja Smith (just to name a few recent ones), as well as a few officials for BAYNK and Alexander Lewis, while also opening for sold-out acts such as SG Lewis, Cashmere Cat, Tokimonsta, and Alison Wonderland – that’s quite an impressive repertoire!

This week Daju has his debut original single to share with us, it’s called ‘Kodak Moment’ and he’s teamed up with two of his good friends, Ro and Koins, to help him take it right where it needed to be, and the result is pretty damn impressive.

I am very keen to see what else Daju has up his sleeve!

“We were in the midst of a 3 day Hip Hop and R&B producer/writers camp. During one of the recording sessions, we decided to occupy an open room and make a tune that was sonically different than our own personal style. We really wanted to push our creative boundaries and create something different that hasn’t been made on the island. The track is showcasing the efforts of untapped potential in Hawaii.” – Daju
