With arguably one of the most impressive showcases at last year’s BIGSOUND under his belt, Australian producer Luboku takes us on a space odyssey full of awe and adventure in his latest EP ‘Pale Blue Dot / Lift Off’.

‘Pale Blue Dot / Lift Off’ acts as a commemorative offering that marks 30 years when NASA’s Voyager 1 space probe took a picture of Earth, with Luboku utilising samples of American astrophysicist, astronomer and cosmologist Carl Sagan in the introductory ‘Pale Blue Dot’ to set the cosmic setting just right.

But the highlight of this release lies within the focus single of the EP ‘Lift Off’, which is a true deep house masterclass showcasing the polished production chops of the Melbourne producer. Featuring his own haunting vocals floating above the driving soundscape, ‘Lift Off’ is a true testament to the maturing nature of Luboku‘s music and it should see his status rise tremendously.

Australian fans can catch Luboku on his upcoming ‘Lift Off Tour’ in Melbourne and Sydney across April. Check out the dates below and get your tickets here.
