French producer Beauvois (a side-project of Quentin Beauvois, aka Kidswaste) provides us with a cut of melancholic, ambient electronica. An easy, sweet track that is punctuated by a dynamic, gentle bass guitar and soft percussions. Awash with reverb and eerie samples, ‘Gone’ is equal parts haunting and beautiful.
The lyrics too take on an atmosphere of transcendence; creating a meditative, introspective track about letting go.
