Australian producer Ninajirachi has teamed up with Los Angles-based artist Izzy Camina for a big new track called ‘Ninacamina’ (an obvious but cute play on their names), which is like a bucket of cold water to the face with Ninajirachi’s fast paced hyper-edm production and Izzy Camina’s whispery-pop vocal jabs.
Ninajirachi shares some insight into the formation of this tasty little treat; “My collaboration with Izzy started over a year ago as a remix and later evolved into something completely new. I love marrying the icy, textural side of my production with early EDM sounds, the kind of music that made me want to become a producer when I was a child. I only hope I can keep getting better at it.”
and Izzy Camina adds; “Cement and ‘Earth’ synonymous with love and human affection. It grounds us but also traps us, seeping into everything. It’s sticky and we can’t remove it. We are stuck.”
