Nils Hoffmann will be giving us his new album “Running In A Dream” on February 9th (via Anjunadeep) which has already been shaping up to be something quite special with its lead-singles ‘Lonely (feat. Rae Morris)’, ‘Closer’ and ‘Running In A Dream (feat. Kasbo & Vancouver Sleep Clinic)’, but he’s adding more fuel to the fire this week as he gives us another not-so-little teaser.
This one is titled ‘Holding Me Back’ and it is a six-minute atmospheric-house treat that features the soothing voice of Australian favourite The Kite String Tangle.
“I played “Holding Me Back” for the first time at Anjunadeep Explorations and it has held a special place in my set from that moment. It’s been such a pleasure to work around The Kite String Tangle‘s voice. I wanted to keep a deep vibe while having a nice momentum at the last drop of the song.
“I‘m very happy to present this new record to everyone after working on it over the last few months. The album was inspired by my world travels and, of course, my home in Berlin. This is a very personal project to me and is a culmination of so many beautiful experiences I’ve had over the past year. I‘ve spent most of my downtime on tour to finish it, and I can’t wait for you all to hear it at home and at my shows.” ~ Nils Hoffmann
