Philadelphia-based MitiS teams up with songwriter/vocalist Sarah De Warren for a darkened electronic offering titled ‘Phantom Love’, an emotionally-fuelled number initially guitar-led but sure enough injects a considerable synth and bass presence to shake the mix right down to its core.

As mentioned above, ‘Phantom Love’ initially is led in with a guitar-driven narrative that isolates the mix to allow De Warren the perfect amount of space to command your attention with her divine vocals standing tall. Providing the emotionality within the darkened soundscape through those guitars and pianos adding plenty of texture to the colour palate, MitiS changes things up in the chorus with a hefty injection of power and energy courtesy of a mammoth synth and bass presence that is further fuelled from the ground up by those penetrating drums.

“Phantom Love came together so naturally, Sarah de Warren absolutely crushed the vocals. I felt this song was a bit more dark than my normal writing, more mature. Usually my music is piano driven, however, Phantom Love is a guitar-driven song that I hope everyone enjoys.” – MitiS
