Canadian electronic duo Zeds Dead combine forces with Norwegian record producer Funkin Matt and Soul Edge for a tantalising offering filled with vigour and energy in ‘Levitate’, a darkened electronic number filled with an addictive groove and powerful instrumentation that results in a well-rounded release that is sure to get you on your feet.
‘Levitate’ utilises the attitude held in the restrained vocals to further accentuate the groove which makes its presence felt in the backdrop that is as infectious as they come with its uncompromising nature. As the track pulls the intensity back and forth for moments of reprieve, once we see the synth presence make itself felt in the soundscape we see the buzzing and robustness come to light with plenty of euphoric energy on display.
