Following on from his most recent release ‘Feel Dat’ a few weeks ago, the party maestro of Melbourne MorningMaxwell returns once again in quick succession with yet another heater of a track titled ‘Dividends’ which sees him team up yet again with fellow Melbournian Yung Shōgun on vocals for an absolute sizzler that will immediately hype you up on your first listen.
‘Dividends’ smacks you in the face with its juiciness through its focus on thumping percussion, saucy synths and bass setting the soundscape alight and those commanding vocals from Yung Shōgun standing tall in the centre of the mix and cementing themselves in your head for days on end. It’s simply impossible to ignore the contagiousness of this track, as MorningMaxwell has compiled a collection of inducing sounds and grooves that gives anyone the podium to lose themselves in the moment with a little boogie.
