Los Angeles’ AMTRAC brings forth news of his highly anticipated new album ‘Oddyssey’ in pristine style through the latest glimpse of the offering titled ‘So Afriad’, which features the vocals of Grammy Award-winning British musician, DJ and producer Alex Metric.
‘So Afriad’ begins in a softening pace with the droning synths making their presence more noticeable as the piece moves through its duration, whilst utilising the breathiness of Metric’s vocals to keep this tranquility in place. With a laid back groove created in the lively drums, and the odd splash of colour from the synths, AMTRAC ensures no overbearingness to the mix and achieves a well rounded cohesion across the piece.
