Simian Mobile Disco have just released a brand new album called ‘Murmurations’, which is the term for those mesmerising formations in the sky created by large groups of starlings, and with this imagery in mind, the the album’s opening track sets the scene so perfectly well.
The guys have teamed up with an all-female singing collective called Deep Throat Choir for their first to vocal dominant album since the fantastic ‘Temporary Pleasure’ back in 2009, and ‘Murmurations’ sure is a much welcomed return for Simian Mobile Disco in my opinion.
