LA-based producer and visual artist juuku returns once again this year with an enlightening and bright new release titled ‘always’, a dreamy offering filled with energetic instrumentation that pierces through the mix all while maintaining a level of ambiance and bliss throughout its entire journey.
With a swift two and a half minute duration, juuku wastes no time in showcasing the careful contrast between tranquility and vigour. This is achieved with the atmospheric pads and pianos setting the heavenly nature in tact alongside the angelic vocals that slowly but surely leads into the shift in intensity through a greater presence of beats and synths in the pivotal sections of the release.
“Using the new energies and production approaches I’ve learned this year, I wanted to create something that felt very “OG juuku”, which was much more emotional, but a more uplifted version of it.
