After the mammoth global acclaim from their sophomore album last year, Los Angeles duo Phantoms continue to be the gift that keeps on giving with the deluxe version of ‘This Can’t Be Everything’, a two-disk offering that includes previously unheard singles as well as a plethora of new remixes from an all-star cast that keeps the party going for much longer.
Amongst the list of top-tier talent on the remixing front are cuts from the likes of Dillistone, Leo Islo, Third Culture, Covex & Fort Romeau which bring their own level of individual brilliance to the spectrum, all while Phantoms provide us with plenty of goodies on their own front with a new singles in ‘Crash My Car’ and recent release ‘The Way You Groove’ providing their own levels of sparsity and colour across the already boastful soundscape. To wrap things up perfectly, the duo deliver two presents to us with an alt version of ‘Only You’, and a Deluxe Exclusive extended cut of ‘Lay It All On Me’ which continues the good times for that extra little push.
