German artist narou has a super dreamy treat for us this week called ‘running in circles’ which sets the perfect pace for a Friday morning with its chilled electro-R&B vibes – and his voice is just so soothing!
As he reveals below this is a song about all those people out there that you used to be very close to but now have hardly any contact with at all. It provokes quite an interesting train of thought and you do wonder if there are things that you may do differently if you could turn back the clocks…
“It feels weird to know that there are people out there, that were really close to you not long ago and now they almost feel like strangers. After a relationship that is usually what happens. When something ends something new begins and that somehow still vivid memory of the past fades into darkness very quickly. There is no right or wrong way in handling these situations and it often makes our minds run in circles. If we could go back in time would we do anything differently?” ~ narou
