UK producer Kidnap Kid is announcing a name change this week as he drops the “Kid”, to now be known simply as “Kidnap”, and along with this name change he has also dropped a new two-track release titled ‘Skin’ & ‘And In Me Too The Wave Rises’, which are both seriously beautiful tunes, giving us a nice little taste of Kidnap’s new direction, sound & style.
“It is about the sadness of inevitable change; about seeing the end in sight but not wanting to let go. I kept the composition as bare as possible to shine light on the growing space between two voices.”- Kidnap
