Cool Company - When I Get My Turn?

Brooklyn based R&B duo Cool Company returns with tongue-in-cheek cut ‘When I Get My Turn?’, the first of four slated singles to be released from upcoming LP “Know Better”. It’s a classic Cool Company record in its genre agnosticism, stylistically cutting across indie Alt Pop, Rap and Funk aesthetics, while continuing to showcase the duos ability to push sonic boundaries in their songwriting and production.

Equally exciting is the artist’s accompanying music video dropping alongside this latest piece of fresh music. Directed by June Bae, the cinematic short film captures the more morbid side of the songs message – portraying a hit-and-run style murder in the desert which playfully inverts the songs playful sonics.
