Tkay Maidza - 'Ring-a-Ling'

Just a few weeks ago Tkay Maidza gave us a huge new track called ‘Silent Assassin’ which was produced by Flume and is still on high-rotation over here.

She has another very awesome new single for us this week called ‘Ring-a-Ling’ which also comes with Jocelyn Anquetil directed music video and news of a whole new album heading our way in November titled “Sweet Justice” (presave via Dew Process / 4AD).

“There was a time during the two year span of this album process where didn’t write any music for about eight months because i was going through a lot of random tower moments. I had half of Ringaling, complete.

I was stuck in Berlin twice for four months, trying to fix my Visa. It was very isolating, but I think I needed to be alone to recenter myself. I focused more on being happy and forgiving myself, which lead to an awakening where I shifted my perspective from being a “victim” to a “creator” again.
