Dread Pitt ensures plenty of colour is to be splashed around throughout the journey of ‘Melting Pot’ with its global sound palate, with moments of trap/hip hop melding into the tropical influence in a seamless manner. “Teaming up with BMG, we aimed to make a set of tracks that would be relatable to a lot of situations, while having a great energy and rhythm to it. I started creating songs with several artists from fresh corners in music, guided by what felt right. In the end, it’s a collection of songs with different angles and vibes, from smooth tropical sounds to booming raw trap, but still packaged together as one, hence the name: Melting Pot.” – Dread Pitt
