Sydney producer colourwaves released his latest EP recently, it’s called Moon Window and it is an impressive seven-track collection of dreamy, cinematic, atmospheric sounds.
“Moon Window is an audible scrapbook spanning over a long period of my life, glued together and polished. It touches on concepts of confusion, alienation, socio-political disenfranchisement, on a personal level, as well as on a collective level, while also exploring a playful, mystical dimension, with an emphasis on mindfulness and the imminent escape to a vague, melancholic dream world that’s not quite real, not quite phantasy” – colourwaves
