French artist, DJ and producer Myd has come through with not one, but two epic new singles to start your week off in the right manner titled ‘Song for You’ and ‘The Wizard’, two contrasting releases with various colour palates on display that highlights the ever-growing skillset of the artist.
‘Song for You’ starts us off with an intoxicating level of groove and funk through a swift groove coupled with vibrancy across the synths and sublime bass line on offer. On the other hand, we see a shift in influence and intensity within ‘The Wizard’ whereby a more darkened electronic feeling is inserted into the core of the soundscape, however maintaining a high level of groove that elevates the mix to incredible heights.
