The hype for FKA twigs’ highly anticipated “EUSEXUA” album has been brewing for a little while now but today is the day. It’s finally arrived and I am so pleased to say it is just as exciting and excellent as I was expecting it to be.
During an interview with British Vogue back in March 2024, FKA twigs explained she created the word “EUSEXUA” to describe the “sensation of being so euphoric” and that one could “transcend human form”, and I feel that explanation gives so much depth and understanding to overall sound and aesthetics of this project.
FKA twigs also recently announced she’ll be touring Europe, UK and USA throughout March/April (see dates below / tickets here), and I reckon those shows will be quite an experience.

EUSEXUA was birthed in chicken scratch, written on the back of my hand in a toilet at a rave in prague, ‘this room of fools WE MAKE SOMETHING TOGETHER’ and we do. we rave, we sweat, we kiss, we make love to the booming thud of culture.
