Following on from a plethora of new music throughout 2024, as well as a recent performance at Mystery Festival in Auckland, New Zealand-based producer Late June has come through with the goods in the form of his highly-anticipated new album ‘Mending’, a nine-track album that showcases the ever-growing skillset of Sonny Bevin in the realms of emotionally-fuelled electronic music.
Featuring previous singles ‘Fragments’, ‘Focus’, ‘Nothing Ever Really Changes’, ‘Take Me Out’ and ‘Never Saw It Coming’, ‘Mending’ showcases further delving into a deep house influence which has become a staple in Late June’s more recent work all while staying true to the chilled roots that fans have become witness to for nearly a decade.
‘Mending is about healing through nature, therapy, travelling & friendship. Finding the small things in life and making art out of every little memory.’ – Late June
