Sydney-based DJ/producer Forge brings us a whole new level of captivation across four impressive tracks in the form a debut EP ‘Like A Dream’ that transports us listeners to a whole new world filled with wonder.
Throughout ‘Like A Dream’, we notice a contrast between a murkiness that is unearthed through a darkened colour palate that intertwines with the deepened drive held in the foundations that achieves a strengthened combination that transports the soundscapes to their own unique dimension. Forge manages to provide a level of drive within each of the tracks whilst ensuring spaciousness and even momentary reprieve in moments, that ensures a textural delight that is seriously impressive.
