Production duo Bronze Whale are moving in a new direction with their music and their latest single ‘Opposites’ is a delicious taste of what’s to come. Having always been fans of instrumental music, the duo are starting to explore the world of soundscapes and if ‘Opposites’ is anything to go by, their new journey is going to be providing us with some incredible tracks.
With warped vocals, winding synths, a steady beat, slapping percussion, and grounding tones, ‘Opposites’ feels light and while it still feels dreamy, the production is crisp and the beat keeps every element moving in the same direction, tying it all together in a nice house-influenced bow.
“We’ve always been a vocally driven group. From remixes, to features, and then in 2018 introducing our own vocals, it’s something that has become synonymous with Bronze Whale. We love instrumental music though, and are looking to explore that more in coming releases. Opposites is our dive back into instrumental music, and a nod to some of those instrumental artists that helped form us.” – Bronze Whale
