“SUPERSTAR” is about being confronted with the choice to trust that someone is actually serious about you—that they aren’t like the person who came before and that they aren’t wasting your time. Sometimes, no matter how much you want to dive in with someone new, you can’t quite decide whether their attention is superficial or if it’s genuine and lasting. ‘Superstar” is about that phase between enjoying the attention you’re receiving and protecting your heart.
