‘This one started from an old vocal i had recorded 3 years ago for another song. The concept for this song’s production came during a period of homesickness last summer. The sense of vulnerability reminded me of feeling like I was a child again, nostalgic for the comforts of home. I wanted the sound choices to reflect this through playful, toy-like synths and samples. After writing and recording the main vocal, I pitched it up and put it in a spacey reverb to give it a yearning, dreamy quality.’ – FOZSA
