It’s been a little while since we last heard from Filipino-Australian producer Cabu, but he’s back in impeccable fashion through the release of a brand new EP ‘Turismo’, a lively and vibrant collection of electronic music with plenty of passion and drive on display throughout its journey.
‘Turismo’ showcases a sense of uplift and revitalisation within its eight tracks on offer, with all fitting under a banner of uplift with a variety of colour and influence being splashed about the soundscapes on offer. Cabu finds a way to instil a swiftness amongst the plethora of depth in production on display, with those driving percussive grooves coupling quite nicely with the warm glow created in the synths and pads on offer for an incredibly well-rounded release overall.
