‘Love Revolution’ transfers an addictive energy in its appealing soundscape, courtesy of the copious amount of vibrancy and energy injected into the core of the release through some bright synths sparkling across the mix that plays off of the energetic beats and bass that holds quite a concrete groove in tact.
“On the back of all the re-sampling I did for my Strange Motions EP, I’ve been drawn further into creating more complex bricolage layering techniques. ‘Love Revolution’ is one of my favourite creations from this. Even with all the layers of micro-sampling going on, it appears rather minimalistic and straight forward. I think this is a great example of how my roots in Scandinavian minimalism is pushing me to only leave the elements that truly matters in a track. The soulful chords with the vocals on top felt very strong instantly, and I wanted to keep it simple, and build everything around it.” ~ Caius
