DJ, producer, pianist and activist LP Giobbi and British singer songwriter Jacob Banks combine their talents for a deep-house inspired offering titled ‘Feel’, an uplifting release that intertwines organic and electronic instrumentation succinctly for a flawless output overall.
Beginning in a spacious manner whereby the pianos set the tone amongst Banks’ captivating vocals, we see the emotionally-fuelled narrative being explored and expanded bit by bit as we progress through. As we arrive into the chorus we are met with a shift in influence to a more electronic inclination albeit remaining true to the foundations set in the initial periods and in doing so we see an explosion of energy and groove courtesy of the synths and percussion making their presence felt.
