Amber Bain, aka The Japanese House, has given us a brand-new album this week called “In the End It Always Does” which is a very impressive 12-track collection of her indie-electro/alt-pop sound & style that is so very easy to get into.
“In the End It Always Does” has Amber Bain working with the 1975’s drummer/producer George Daniel who co-produced the album with Chloe Kraemer (Lava La Rue & Glass Animals), and there are also a few special guest appearances from the likes of Justin Vernon (Bon Iver), Katie Gavin (MUNA), Matty Healy, and Charli XCX.
“So much has changed since I wrote this album. But a lot has stayed the same too — namely, how grateful I am to everyone who helped bring this album into the world, to everyone who supported me during the process of making it, to all of you who care to listen, and how grateful I am that writing these songs is how I get to spend my silly little life ☀️” ~ The Japanese House (via Instagram)
