Los Angeles producer PLS&TY continues his run of impressive singles with a real scorcher of a track in ‘Upside’, featuring Grammy nominated singer/songwriter Ben Samama for a thumping collaborative effort that brings plenty of passion and drive within its duration.
With a swift two and a half minute duration, PLS&TY wastes no time and brings the energy into the arena from the second the track begins and sets the club influence in tact with a juicy bass line and uptempo groove holding down the fort all while Samama’s hazy vocals scatter themselves around the remaining space of the mix. Once we arrive at the chorus, we are mesmerised by the catchy hook cementing its place in our memory all while the soaring synth bass makes its presence felt across our speakers.
