With the release of the ‘No Saviors’ already hitting our ears this year, Brooklyn duo CLAVVS continue their ascendency with a double single ‘Keeps’ and ‘Fade’ which cover significant ground within the electronic/pop realm.
‘Keeps’ sees a focus on lively instrumentation, with welcomed usage of upbeat drums that lay down the groove from early on alongside the elegant vocals sitting atop with their playful movement. Meanwhile, ‘Fade’ continues the march down the electronic/pop arena, however adopts a more down tempo moodset with a restraint held in the drums and bass that gives more emphasis on the captivation created in the vocals.
