If you haven’t watched the latest season of Black Mirror on Netflix yet, do yourself a favour and smash that one out this week, and while watching the episode titled “Hang the DJ” (one of my favourites of this season), you will hear two brand new pieces of music from Sigur Rós called ‘Match’ and ‘End’.
Those tracks have been released this week as part of the official “Black Mirror: Hang the DJ” soundtrack, which has been composed by American-born artist Alex Somers, and what some of you may not know is that he is in-fact the boyfriend of Sigur Rós frontman Jónsi, and they also released an album together back in 2009 called ‘Riceboy Sleeps’, under the alias Jónsi & Alex.
