Last year you may have seen the name Emerson Leif pop up as a guest artist on a few Triple J rotation tracks such as ‘Say Nothing’ by MUTO & ‘Tell The-Girl’ by Golden Vessel, both of which are also up for nomination in this year’s “Hottest 100” poll (vote now).
Now the Brisbane-based artist is excited to kick-off 2018 with his first official single, it’s called ‘Hesitate’, it was in-fact co-written & produced by his good buddy Golden Vessel, and I guarantee that this is going to be one of the best tracks you’ll hear this year.

“Hesitate came about from these old vocals and acoustic guitar loops that Caleb had recorded years ago. We dug those up and sampled them, and built ‘Hesitate’ around them. This is one of my favourite songs that I’ve ever made and it’s kind of just been sitting on my laptop for over a year. I can’t tell you how happy I am to finally get it out.” – Golden Vessel

‘Hesitate’ is available everywhere now including Spotify & Apple Music, and Australian fans can catch Golden Vessel in Brisbane, Melbourne & Sydney this February as he takes his recent ‘Right/Side EP’ on the road.
