It’s a big week for Scottish indie-dance veterans Franz Ferdinand as they announce that they will be releasing their fifth album in early 2018 called “Always Ascending”, while also sharing its electrifying title-track and kicking off a massive European/North American tour that takes them right through until May 2018….wtf!
The new track starts out nice and sweet with main-man Alex Kapranos’ vocals taking lead over a chilled piano layer, but then shit gets real as it bursts out into this disco fuelled banger that’ll get your heart racing!
“Always Ascending” will hit the shelves on February 9th via Domino Records, and you can get a full rundown on all of their tour dates via their website.
