Oh wow – Japanese artist Cornelius has announced that he’ll be releasing his first album in 11 years this July called ‘Mellow Waves’, and if you’re also a fan of this guy from way back, then I’m sure you can feel my excitement for this – and if you’ve never heard of Cornelius, then prepare for something amazing!
The album’s opening-track is the gorgeously ambient and atmospheric ‘If You’re Here’, and in true Cornelius-style it comes with a visually stunning video, which has has been directed by Koichiro Tsujikawa, and it is just what I needed to kick-off my Monday.
