Struan Finlay is a 19 year-old singer/songwriter/producer out of New Zealand who makes chilled-electro tunes under the name CAPITALE, and while I’d never heard of him until yesterday, I am very glad to have been introduced.
His latest track is called ‘Tell Me’ and if features his very own softly sung vocals cruising through smooth echoing synth and chilled electronic beat arrangements that just make me feel all kinds of nice things.
