‘Heavy As A Heartbreak’ is a new collaborative track from two Aussie musos, Newcastle native Just A Gent and Melbourne singer/songwriter LANKS, and while that pairing may seem a little surprising to some (including myself), it actually works really damn well.
Just A Gent has set up a solid framework of future-bass beats, pounding drums and an array of electro synths that are welcomely met by LANKS‘ smooth familiar voice, working together to deliver a unique and unexpectedly great sound.
