Los Árboles (translated: The Trees) is the solo project of Lucas Conti; a 20 year old producer from Buenos Aires who has just this week released his debut EP, Nobody Cares About Your Good Intentions.
The three-track collection sees Los Árboles exploring the outer reaches of his musical influences, combining progressive-jazz rhythms with contemporary electronic styles and sounds. The closing-track is the stand out for me, mostly because of its funk but it also features the vocal work of fellow Argentinian Francisco Puente, everyone loves a good vocal.
