Following on from being announced as part of the Summer Camp Festival lineup next month, Ghanaian-Australian singer, songwriter and producer sibling duo Kinder are here to get you up and on your feet with their brand new single ‘Keep Up’, a hypnotic and robust club-influenced offering that draws echoes to PNAU with its powerful production and catchy nature overall.

From the word go, Kinder begin to lure you into their addictive world with that mesmeric groove in the percussion that sets the uplifting tone amongst the repetitive lyrics that cement their place in your head. These foundations set the podium for the electronic instrumentation to launch from, with the thick and juicy synth bass making its presence felt and adds significant colour and energy to the mix alongside the striking synths and keys that work hand in hand with the commanding vocals to leave you well and truly satisfied for days on end.

“When we made “Keep Up”, it was the first time we had worked, in real life, face to face with people since the lockdown. We made the record at Jono Ma’s studio in Byron Bay along with Jonti Danilewitz. They jammed out on their analogue synths whilst we came up with melodies. There were two ideas, we thought it was two different songs, so we came up with two very different melodies, but then they somehow we magically pieced both sections together. These very contrasting verses and chorus ideas somehow blended together and it just worked. The process was very improvisational.”  – Kinder
