Jetique & Boy Apocalypse - 'Stopping You'

German producer Jetique is bringing the heat once again alongside LA singer-songwriter Boy Apocalypse with their new release ‘Stopping You’, a thumping dance-influenced single with plenty of drive and power to go around for what is an emotionally fuelled journey lyrically.

Depicting the angst and anger of a troubled relationship, Jetique and Boy Apocalypse beautifully carry this sentiment with a darkened energy held within the instrumentation on offer, in particular the driving synth bass that showcases that passion perfectly. As we arrive in the chorus, we continue to see the energy rise with the synths and bass creating an explosion of sound and electricity that is accentuated by that enforcing four to the floor styled beat and the passion held in the vocal output.

The lyrics are about feeling like a ghost in a relationship with another person, who doesn’t want commit as much as you do.
