The Presets Return to Club 77 with Smirnoff Origins cln – Over, All Again (LP) HUMP DAY MIX with Movada Dull Reality – ‘Pragmatica’ [Premiere] narou – ‘running in circles’ 1tbsp – Joan (EP)

Just a few weeks back ODESZA returned after a four-year hiatus with a huge new six-minute track called ‘The Last Goodbye’ which was so worth the wait. I figured we’d be hearing from them again soon and I was right of course.

Today they have another new track to share with us called ‘Better Now’ which has them teaming up with Portuguese vocalist, producer & multi-instrumentalist MARO, and it is the perfect song for a Friday with its emotive and invigoratingly euphoric presence.

“It’s funny because we tried so many different collaborations with vocalists in varying genres to try to find the right fit for this song when we first made it, but for whatever reason nothing felt right. We’ve been big fans of MARO’s and when we sent her a short handful of demos, this was the one she resonated with and we knew she was going to do something really special with it.

Truthfully, you would have to ask MARO the meaning of this tune, but to us, “Better Now” Is about the realization that putting yourself out there is always worth it in the end.” – ODESZA
