Hermitude have just announced that they will be giving us their seventh studio album in May titled “Mirror Mountain”, which they say is a “love letter to our hometown” (i.e. Blackheath, Blue Mountains), and the news also comes with the album’s next preview ‘Promises’, which features a newcomer out of the Blue Mountains who goes by the name Andie.
The track also comes with a Nick Sullivan directed music video that is said to be Chapter 2 of the “Mirror Mountain” journey (following on from their recent single/video for ‘St. Claire’) and on the single itself the guys say;
“Drawing influence from 90s rave breaks, ‘Promises’ is an uplifting firecracker that will bring you together with your friends for a sweaty dance floor reunion of love and fun.”
