Amsterdam duo City Park bring forth plenty of confidence and swagger through in their latest EP ‘About To’, their first feature release since last years ‘Balance / Contrast’ that provides a luscious array of colour through some uplifting instrumentation and soothing melodies that will instantly lift your spirits.
Featuring previous releases in ‘Matter To Me’, ‘Teenage Love’ and ‘I Believe I’m Ready’, the release includes four previously unheard tracks that continue to provide listeners with fresh and ultra cool soundscapes that are simply impossible not to fall in love with. Through the careful use of atmospheric pads and warm guitars, City Park lather us up in their welcoming glow that is further instilled through the groovy percussion that gets your feet tapping immediately.
