MY PLAYLIST is a series where we ask some of our favourite artists to share some of their favourite songs, and while it may give us a bit of insight into some their influences we’re also interested to see what they enjoy listening to when they’re not making music.

This week Danish artist Dillistone is giving us a look at some of the tunes that he drops during his sets to really bring the vibe and set the right mood.

“This playlist is a mix of my favourite tunes, not always cohesive but always hopefully interesting. It’s not always “new” music, but its always new and super inspiring to me personally and is something I’ll always blast during a session to get a vibe.

The top track ‘GANG’ by Fred again… and Headie One is such a heartbreaker while still being the hardest track in the whole playlist and I’ve been playing it to death the last few weeks. The last track ‘Ayonha’ by Hamid Al Shaeri is a lemon sorbet after a long meal, and an amazing track I discovered thanks to my friend Johnny Nghiem.

Everything in between should hopefully get you from ‘GANG’ to ‘Ayonha’ and back again.” – Dillistone

Dillistone does have a new ep on the way and just a few weeks back he gave us a little taste of that with this awesome single called ‘Body On Fire’ which features Estonian artist NOËP
