Toronto-based R&B vocalist anders and LA rapper Rich The Kid come together for an absolute burner of a track titled ‘Sticky Situation’, the first ever commercial music single to prominently feature sounds extracted from Cannabis plants.
Featuring production from FrancisGotHeat (Drake, Bryson Tiller, Roy Woods), ‘Sticky Situation’ utilises a murky and darkened soundscape created through the trap-inspired beats to intensify the tempo of the piece bit by bit. With both anders and Rich The Kid adding their own individual heat with their charismatic melodies, ‘Sticky Situation’ becomes etched in your brain instantly.
Accompanying the release is the warped music video directed by Elliot Clancy Osberg (Roy Woods, Prime Boys), that sees all the artists showcase their individual offerings whilst a futuristic world is taking place and thrilling the audience with its delve into a futuristic world.
