Over the last few months Australian funk-lords Midnight Pool Party have shared a very awesome collection of new singles – ‘Stand a Chance’, ‘Slow Down’ & ‘With You’ – while also teasing us with news of their second ep “MOTIONS” that is due to hit the stores on May 8th.
Today the boys are announcing a one-off “MOTIONS EP Launch Party” that will be happening at Gallery Bar, Oxford Art Factory on May 16th, and if you don’t mind having a bit of a pre-weekend groove than this show will be right up your alley!
Helping Midnight Pool Party make this a great night of awesome music and all-round good times will be Sydney duo Lamalo performing their infectious disco-jazz/dance-funk sounds, and opening the party will be Sydney newcomer LOVER with his smooth blends of indie/pop/electronica.
